Production Facilities
To increase production capacity and in search of continuing excellence, in 2005 the company had invested in a Wohlenberg PUR perfect binding machine. The machine is the first of its type in Malaysia. The machine is capable of producing exceptionally strong binding to open flat and also maintaining good bonding under extreme ambient temperature, hence creating higher value added. These unique properties and characteristics are impossible to achieve in the traditional manufacturing process.
Due to an overwhelming acceptance of our PUR products, in 2010 the company had invested on a fully automatic hardcover casing-in machine from Muller Martini, Germany. In order to cope with the ever-increasing printing requirement, a year later the company had to invest in a wide format web printing machine from Muller Martini, first of its kind in the region. The machine prints directly from paper roll and sheets the printed paper into the required size. This reduce the turnaround time on printing and also cuts down the material in progress.
Then in year 2013, the perfect binding machine has been upgraded to Muller Martini Alegro with higher speed and more advance features. The company currently is the largest user of PUR hot melt in Malaysia.
